About The Position

Seebo is leading the way into the Fourth Industrial Revolution and beyond, working with some of the world’s biggest manufacturing brands – like Nestle, ICL, and Mondelez. Our proprietary Process-Based Artificial Intelligence enables manufacturers across many industries to save millions by predicting and preventing production losses.

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our marketing team, and create the buzz, interest, and excitement for our company’s product to attract prospects and drive revenue.

As Seebo’s Head of Growth Marketing you will be overseeing online tactics used to develop and cultivate the sales pipeline (leads, MQLs, SQLs). Creating and managing campaigns and channels. You will help Seebo enter and succeed in new markets, advertising our product, and fine-tuning messaging for different prospects.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns to drive qualified lead generation
  • Oversee the sales pipeline while maintaining KPIs, delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you’ll partner with
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execute across all channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns according to results and goals
  • Develop customer personas targeted content/ads understanding their 'pain points’
  • Working within a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other teams, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success - using UTM tracking, BI tools, and other tactics to define success

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer/Demand Gen Marketer or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with other aspects of digital marketing - content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and PPC strategy
  • LinkedIn lead-gen tactics
  • Storytelling and digital ad copywriting skills
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and high communication skills with extreme attention to detail
  • English mother tongue level, other languages – a significant advantage
  • Experience with HubSpot - an advantage
  • experience with remarketing tactics, GDN, intent-based marketing, ABM - an advantage
