About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and results-driven Sales Development pro to join our team.

You will cultivate relationships with senior executives within mid and large-sized manufacturers to 'open doors' and develop leads that turn into closed business for the company.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the Seebo sales team, leveraging innovative tools, insights, and techniques. You will engage with prospects over the phone, email, and social media, to advance them into the sales pipeline.

This is a great opportunity to jump into a fast-paced sales and marketing team within a dynamic and fast-growth startup, working multiple markets and verticals.

What you'll do:

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound marketing leads by engaging with decision-makers and pain owners in prospective clients.
  • Understand client's business challenges and motivations, and effectively position Seebo to their needs using effective and creative communications.
  • Ensure a professional sales process by transferring leads to the Sales team with calls-to-action, identified business pains, dates, sources, and so on.
  • Collaborate with the Seebo Sales team to determine and continually refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • 50% work distribution between US and EU markets - Work during regular US working hours for 2 days a week.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  •  2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS B2B software company.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English (English and other languages as mother tongue are an advantage). 
  • Passionate to learn and succeed in Hi-Tech B2B sales with a can-do attitude.
  • Dynamic, fearless, high-energy, with very strong phone skills.
  • Track record within a telemarketing, prospecting, or new business sales capacity – strongly preferred.
