About The Position

As Seebo’s Strategic Account Director you will be responsible for Seebo’s expansion and renewals, driving the growth of our SaaS solution inside the largest and most strategic accounts. The primary goal of the role is to be able to be the strategic mind behind our value delivery. You will need to meet revenue objectives and maximize the use of Seebo’s solutions. In your day-to-day, you will need to effectively balance client needs with our business goals and find creative solutions when goals are not aligned. You will work in three verticals: Value delivery, renewals, and expansions. 

What you'll do:

Value delivery

  • Responsible for value-focus activities with our clients by optimizing and shaping the value-delivery methodology
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with our customers, ensuring all accounts are getting the maximum value from Seebo’s platform.
  • Creating a strategic vision for your customers, while defining the financial and commercial value of their problems 
  • Responsible for communicating wins and challenges on all levels (plant, executives, etc.)
  • Responsible for solving & communicating challenges on all levels (plant, executives, etc.), such as:
  • Plant engagement
  • Data quality at the client’s end 
  • sufficient problem definition of the plant  
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams
  • Report on gaps in value delivery and churn risk
  • Continuously maintain and communicate client value and value blockers


  • Responsible for identifying the renewal point
  • Responsible to ‘bring home’ singed PO for renewals 


  • Responsible for a deep understanding of the overall account: strategic plans, lines of business, relevant stakeholders, and decision-making process, etc.
  • Responsible for developing additional opportunities with existing accounts


  • Proof of excellency
  • Technical background (to deeply understand  our clients), preferred engineering 
  • 5+ years of AE, AM, pre-sale, or farming experience 
  • Have knowledge on how to prepare, maintain and execute a comprehensive Account Business Plan, which outlines your strategic and tactical approaches for achieving your targets
  • Experience in communication with V and C levels. You will be skilled and experienced operating at a range of levels from end-user to senior decision-makers within our target customer base, aligning their business problems with our technology solutions.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Startup experience at early stages  
  • entrepreneurial mindset (you will need to ‘invent’ the role)
  •  Handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Passionate about the customer’s business and must be able to investigate and uncover the most important problems to solve
  • You will be a self-starter, able to work to develop new and existing client engagements through the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong mathematical skills
