Seebo is leading the way into the Fourth Industrial Revolution and beyond, working with some of the world’s biggest manufacturing brands – like Nestle, ICL, and Mondelez.

Our proprietary Process-Based Artificial Intelligence enables manufacturers across many industries to save millions by predicting and preventing production losses.

Based in a beautiful office in the heart of Tel Aviv, our team is rapidly growing. We are now looking for a professional to help scale our recruitment efforts. Seebo’s hiring is our number one priority and this role is pivotal for our business success.

What you'll do:

  • Create, develop, and drive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the Talent acquisition industry.
  • Build cross-company, best in class, hiring-processes.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process (hands-on), drive for results, while ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an effective pipeline.
  • Be an ambassador for our culture, values, and mission in order to attract the best talent. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience working as a Recruiter/talent acquisition for at least 4 years.
  • Deep understanding of Sourcing methodologies.
  • Technical savvy and the ability to ensure we are using the latest and best processes and tools.
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Working with various sourcing agencies and platforms.
  • Affinity towards working in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. 
  • Team player, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, “doer” personality.
  • Past experience in working with Comeet – A plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
