Seebo is leading the way into the Fourth Industrial Revolution and beyond, working with some of the world’s biggest manufacturing brands – like Nestle, ICL, and Mondelez.
Our proprietary Process-Based Artificial Intelligence enables manufacturers across many industries to save millions by predicting and preventing production losses.
Based in a beautiful office in the heart of Tel Aviv, our team is rapidly growing. We are now looking for a professional to help scale our recruitment efforts. Seebo’s hiring is our number one priority and this role is pivotal for our business success.
What you'll do:
- Create, develop, and drive talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the Talent acquisition industry.
- Build cross-company, best in class, hiring-processes.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process (hands-on), drive for results, while ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an effective pipeline.
- Be an ambassador for our culture, values, and mission in order to attract the best talent.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience working as a Recruiter/talent acquisition for at least 4 years.
- Deep understanding of Sourcing methodologies.
- Technical savvy and the ability to ensure we are using the latest and best processes and tools.
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Working with various sourcing agencies and platforms.
- Affinity towards working in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Team player, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, “doer” personality.
- Past experience in working with Comeet – A plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
