About The Position

Seebo is looking for a hands-on, business-oriented, and highly motivated Material Engineer to join our Data Solutions team. We are looking for a strong analytical person who will lead engagements with Industrial customers worldwide to deploy Seebo’s Industrial Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. As our Material Engineer, you will establish a strong connection with Seebo’s customers and will be part of a team of experts working together to solve a complex business challenge.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the engagements with Seebo’s clients base, including the world’s leading manufacturers, while working closely with our  Data Science, Product, and sales teams.
  • Working closely with engineering teams worldwide (process engineers, industrial engineers, OT/Automation engineers, etc).
  • Understanding customer's needs in areas of manufacturing efficiency, operational excellence, and yield optimization.
  • Define a Process-Based Artificial Intelligence solution based on Seebo's Product and technology.
  • Map and understand customer’s data sources and data logic.
  • Customize BI and data visualization reports based on a deep understanding of the customer’s data sources.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • BS.c in Material Engineering from a leading university.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering roles, working in major process manufacturing companies or in manufacturing-oriented consulting firms.
  • Strong project management capabilities in delivering complex technical projects.
  • A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
  • Superb analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international work setting.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with process design of Metal/Steel such as Annealing, Casting, Rolling, Galvanization, Normalizing, Harding, heat treatments, Quenching, etc.


  • Experience working with manufacturing IT and OT systems.
  • Experience with advanced data analytics using Excel, BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.), or statistical software
  • Experience with P&IDs/PFDs/Block diagrams.
  • Experience with SQL, Databases.
  • Common knowledge of manufacturing metrics, operational excellence concepts, and quality management concepts - e.g. OEE, Yield, Lean, ToC, 6-Sigma, etc.
  • Programming experience.
  • MSc / MBA.
